TERMS OF SERVICE MEISO CONSTRUCTION SP. Z O.O.
- General Provisions
a. These Terms of Service (hereinafter: “Terms”) define the rules for concluding and executing agreements related to the provision of construction and related services by Meiso Construction Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”).
b. These Terms apply to all clients and contractors using the services offered by the Service Provider.
c. A client may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality that enters into an agreement with the Service Provider. - Scope of Services
a. The Service Provider offers construction and related services in accordance with the description available on the website www.meiso-construction.com.
b. The detailed scope of work, its completion deadline, and financial conditions are individually specified in the agreement or commercial offer.
c. The Service Provider undertakes to perform the services with due diligence, in accordance with applicable standards and legal regulations. - Conditions for Concluding an Agreement
a. An agreement is concluded by:
– Signing a contract by both parties,
– Acceptance of an offer by the client in written or electronic form.
b. Any changes to the scope of the agreement require written confirmation by both parties. - Prices and Payments
a. Service prices are determined individually and specified in the offer or agreement.
b. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Service Provider or in another agreed form.
c. In case of payment delays, the Service Provider may charge statutory interest for late payment.
d. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of service execution. - Rights and Obligations of the Parties
a. The Service Provider undertakes to perform the service in accordance with the agreement and quality standards.
b. The Client undertakes to cooperate with the Service Provider, including providing necessary information and documentation.
c. The Client has the right to submit comments and complaints as specified in Section 7 of these Terms.
d. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the actions or omissions of the Client. - Withdrawal from the Agreement
a. The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within the period specified in the contract or in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
b. If the Client withdraws from the agreement after the commencement of service execution, the Service Provider may demand reimbursement of costs incurred up to the moment of withdrawal.
c. The Service Provider may withdraw from the agreement if the Client fails to fulfill obligations specified in the agreement or regulations. - Complaints
a. The Client may submit a complaint regarding the service within 7 days of its completion.
b. The complaint should include a description of the issue and the Client’s contact details.
c. Complaints are reviewed within 30 days from the date of submission.
d. If the complaint is accepted, the Service Provider may offer corrections, a discount, or other corrective measures. - Final Provisions
a. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.
b. Any changes come into effect upon publication on the website.
c. Matters not regulated by this document are subject to Polish law.
d. Any disputes arising from the execution of services will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered office.
